About

This blog is about the hikes of Summerset, Ethan, and Cameron Banks. We’re all members of the AMC NH 48 4,000 Footers Club. Summerset is about halfway through a grid (48×12), and  has finished the winter NH 48. Cameron and Summerset have through-hiked Vermont’s Long Trail and have finished the AMC NE 67 4,000 footer list. Ethan is starting on redlining, going where his feet have never gone before.

Summerset does most of the blogging here, and is out and about on the trails the most. Come hike with us!

  1. Hi,
Congrats on your progress so far. I’m a White Mtn hiker as well. I discovered your site through the Hiking Blogs site. Ours is right above yours. We’re in training as well and using the Whites to attain our goals. Perhaps we can exchange links from our sites? Drop me a email if you’d like to chat about hiking the whites or other things.

  5. Ethan,

How did you get your redlining stats? I’ve worked a bit on doing different trails, but since my daughter arrived in 2005 have been at home a lot. Just started to get out more, wish she enjoyed the outdoors, but I understand it is not everyone’s cup of tea.

Nice meeting you on the trail and thanks for stopping to say hi.

    Dana
